Founder's New Zealand experience
Before founding Milestone International Trading, Jerry Huan gained hands-on experience in brand representation and market development in New Zealand. On , while representing his then employer at a Vogel's brand event, he met Bill English, then Prime Minister of New Zealand.

Barossa Valley
Small-batch Shiraz
15% ABV
Dark fruit, warm spice and cedar, with a savoury edge. A velvety palate, polished tannins and a long finish.
Pairs well with Rich meat dishes and slow-cooked beef.
Open fermentation and hand pump-overs, followed by French oak maturation.
Barossa Valley
Grenache–Shiraz–Mourvèdre
14.5% ABV
Dark cherry and ripe plum meet vanilla oak and baking spice. Succulent, silky and generous through the finish.
Pairs well with Roast lamb and Mediterranean dishes.
60% Grenache, 30% Shiraz and 10% Mourvèdre. Careful extraction and French oak maturation, with minimal fining and filtration.
South Eastern Australia
100% Shiraz
14.5% ABV
Dark plum, sweet cherry and baking spice with a floral lift. Juicy fruit and supple texture lead to a velvety finish.
Pairs well with Beef, duck or lamb.
100% Shiraz. Cool-night picking and gentle extraction, followed by about eight months on French oak.
South Eastern Australia
Ruby Cabernet–Cabernet Sauvignon
14.5% ABV
Dark berries, vanilla, roasted nuts and mixed spice. A juicy, silky palate supported by fine-grained tannins.
Pairs well with Barbecued steak, rich beef ribs or spicy Asian dishes.
A blend of 65% Ruby Cabernet and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, selected for generous fruit and balanced structure.
South Eastern Australia
100% Shiraz
14% ABV
Black cherry, currant and sweet spice, followed by ripe blackberries and plums. A bold red with a smooth, generous palate.
Pairs well with Char-grilled beef, Korean barbecue or roast lamb.
100% Shiraz. Cool-night picking and gentle extraction, followed by nine months on French oak.
South Eastern Australia
80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Shiraz
14% ABV
Floral, forest-floor and plum aromas, with cherries and a touch of spice on the palate. Rich fruit with a smooth oak influence.
Pairs well with Beef medallions, barbecued meats or braised lamb shanks.
80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Shiraz. Night-picked fruit, gentle extraction and nine months on French oak.
South Eastern Australia
100% Shiraz
13.5% ABV
Luscious blackberries and plums with a subtle touch of pepper. Soft tannins give this fruit-filled red a rounded finish.
Pairs well with Barbecued steak with pepper sauce or rich pasta dishes.
100% Shiraz. Gentle extraction and around eight months on French oak. Central Victorian fruit adds intensity.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon
14% ABV
A full-flavoured, fleshy palate of ripe berries. Gentle tannins and subtle French oak keep the texture smooth and inviting.
Pairs well with A traditional Sunday roast or braised brisket.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Gentle extraction and six to eight months on French oak, with a small parcel of Central Victorian fruit.
South Eastern Australia
100% Chardonnay
13% ABV
Tropical fruit and peach with a hint of toasted oak. Creamy texture meets freshness in a balanced, approachable Chardonnay.
Pairs well with Char-grilled calamari or sage and lemon roast chicken.
100% Chardonnay from the Goulburn Valley, Central Victoria and Murray Darling NSW. Separate parcels use malolactic fermentation, French oak or lees contact before blending.
Small-batch Barossa project
Pontifex carries a tradition of craftsmanship from nineteenth-century London to the Barossa Valley. Sam and Helen Clarke grow Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre, making wine in small batches. Open fermentation, hand pump-overs and French oak maturation reflect their hands-on approach and preserve the wines’ character.

Two expressions of McPherson’s generous Australian style. XV draws its character from sandy loam vineyards near the Murray River. Andrew’s Reserve is the producer’s Signature Collection: selected fruit, gentle extraction and nine months on French oak bring richness and a smooth finish to our two 2022 reds.
